RH is seeking a Prep Cook to join our team, providing world-class service to guests and maintaining our equipment and facilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Live our vision, values, and beliefs daily.
• Support the culinary team with daily tasks to ensure readiness for service.
• Maintain all kitchen prep standards and culinary program aspects.
• Execute all prep tasks accurately and timely.
• Assist in daily kitchen setup and breakdown, caring for equipment and facilities.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Take responsibility for ingredient prep.
• Foster teamwork and a harmonious working environment.

Our Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant hospitality experience.
• Strong knife skills and experience on hot and cold lines.
• Proper food certifications as per state laws.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Decisive with the ability to work independently and with leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute ideas, take ownership, and go beyond responsibilities to ensure team success.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements
