Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking a Prep Cook to help turn great ingredients into mountain meals in our Core Kitchen. You’ll follow recipes, prep ingredients, and work with fellow cooks in a fast-paced setting.

No previous kitchen experience is required—just a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a seasonal, mountain environment. This is a full-time, seasonal position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Oregon Food Handlers Permit.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Seasonal, dynamic seasonal business environment

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and portioning guidelines.
• Complete daily prep assignments.
• Use proper knife and food-handling techniques.
• Keep workstation clean, organized and ready for production.
• Work alongside cooks and other team members in a fast-paced kitchen.
