Qualifications

• Previous prep cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receives daily production schedule and prep requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Follows daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment according to department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation and reports; adheres to health and sanitation rules.
