Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers following applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
2. Prepare items on production sheets according to recipes and quantities.
3. Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
4. Operate and clean equipment after each use.
5. Store, label, and date all food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
6. Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs.
7. Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
8. Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short prep time.
9. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
10. Prepare and serve food from steam tables and grills at multiple stations.
11. Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
12. Resolve customer concerns.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
