Job summary

PokeDoke Restaurant is hiring a friendly Prep Cook / Line Cook to deliver excellent service while preparing menu items and maintaining a clean work environment. Qualifications

Job Summary

Pokedoke Restaurant is seeking a friendly Prep Cook / Line Cook who can deliver excellent customer service while memorizing our menu items, prepping and cooking everything to perfection. Pokedoke is a quick-serve style restaurant where customers order off the menu at the cashier or build their own at the line. The Line Cook will work with the grill, fryer, and range to prepare and cook menu items. Please have a great attitude and experience in the kitchen.

  • Prep food for service
  • Keep a clean work area
  • Ensure all orders are accurate and made in a timely manner
  • Assist line servers to ensure all customers have a great experience
  • Work closely with restaurant management to address customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
  • Confirm orders with food allergies and restrictions
  • Assist with keeping line, dining, and kitchen areas clean
  • Prep line items
  • High school diploma / GED required
  • 2+ years' restaurant experience preferred
  • Must be able to work on your feet up to 8 hours
  • Ability to follow a recipe
  • Ensure items are restocked and the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17-19 per hour after tips
