Previous kitchen experience is required, with knowledge of food safety practices, ability to follow recipes, strong organization, and teamwork. Weekend and holiday availability, 21+ age, and reliable transportation are required.

• Monitor and manage food inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to coordinate service as needed.
