Responsibilities

• Prepare Italian dishes from scratch following recipes for consistent results.
• Complete prep list, run station during shift, stock food as needed, rinse and cut raw ingredients.
• Portion products, follow recipes, and ensure plate presentation is appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organized work area per standards.
