Qualifications

• Fast-paced kitchen environment; good English communication; stand for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Prepare delicious Italian dishes from scratch following recipes for consistent results.
• Complete prep list, run your station during the shift, follow specs, and stock food as needed.
• Rinse and cut raw food products.
• Portion all products, follow recipes, and ensure plate presentation is attractive.
• Keep the station clean; follow sanitation standards and food handling procedures.
