Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare Italian dishes from scratch following recipes for consistent results.
• Complete prep list and run your station during the shift; stock food as needed.
• Rinse and cut raw ingredients as required and maintain portioning and plate presentation.
• Follow all specs, keep the workstation clean, and comply with sanitation standards.
• Adhere to food handling standards and keep the area organized.
