LAGO (Glenview) is seeking a Prep Cook to join our team. You will provide quality, genuine hospitality in a timely manner and ensure guests feel important and welcome in the restaurant.

You will refer to the daily prep list and prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables for cooking with a focus on high standards and efficiency. You should be able to communicate clearly with managers and team members, stand for long periods, and lift up to 40+ pounds as part of busy shift

Qualifications

• A passion for food and delivering an excellent dining experience.
• Energetic, genuine attitude with guests and team members.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
• Clear communication with managers and team members.
