Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and prepares items as directed by the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets according to quantities and recipes.
• Completes daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment after use per procedures.
• Stores, labels, and dates all food items; follows policy.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure safety of food supply.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short prep times.
• Serves customers quickly and politely.
• Completes orders from steam tables and grill at multiple stations.
• Uses approved recipes and portion controls to maintain quality and temperature.
• Resolves customer concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
