Levy Sector at Ryan Field is seeking a Concessions Prep Cook to prepare food and serve customers in compliance with applicable federal, state and local standards. You will follow production schedules and recipes, and contribute to a safe, clean kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include operating and cleaning equipment, labeling and dating food items, and maintaining HACCP guidelines while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests.

Qualifications

• Prepares items on production sheets following recipes.
• Maintains HACCP guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Tastes meals to ensure quality.
• Serves customers promptly and courteously.
• Documents logs and completes required reports.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepares items per production sheets and recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment per dept. procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy.
