Levy Sector is hiring a Prep Cook to prepare food to recipes and production schedules at The Speedway Club. You will serve customers, maintain standards and assist with daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Prepares food following production sheets and recipes.
• Maintains quality and safety through HACCP guidelines.
• Ensures serving standards and proper temperatures for meals.

Responsibilities

• Receives daily production schedule from Chef and prepares items accordingly.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment after use.
• Tastes dishes to ensure quality and portion control.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy.
• Completes required documentation and logs.
• Resolves customer concerns and serves customers efficiently at multiple stations.
