Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation, logs and reports as needed.
• Adheres to health and sanitation regulations and department procedures.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short prep times.
• Serves customers efficiently and with a friendly approach.
• Completes orders from steam tables and grills and serves customers at multiple stations.
