Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time PREP COOK positions on our campus team in Seward, Nebraska. Shifts run 7:00 am–3:00 pm and 4:00 pm–9:30 pm; online applications accepted only.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour with benefits including free shift meals, free parking, free uniforms, and two employee events per year. You will prepare food, follow recipes, and serve customers in a fast-paced environment, while adhering to HACCP guidelines and safety

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior cooking experience required.
• Available for full-time or part-time shifts.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules (7:00 am–3:00 pm and 4:00 pm–9:30 pm).

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following recipes.
• Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste logs; taste for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per procedures; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Store, label and date food items; take orders and serve customers efficiently.
• Complete required documentation and reports; ensure safety standards.
