Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in cooking or kitchen roles.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Demonstrated knife skills and safe food handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Follow prep lists created by chefs.
• Measure ingredients and prepare stocks and ingredients.
• Chop produce and prep meats.
• Prepare simple dishes (entrees or salads).
• Store and organize food items correctly.
• Keep prep stations neat and stocked for service.
• Assist with expediting food orders and trash removal.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and pass/prep areas.
