Job summary

Culinary Dropout in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Prep Cook to join our team. This part-time role requires 1+ year of high-volume restaurant experience, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 25 pounds.

You will prep and cook a variety of items in a fast-paced setting. Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $19.50 per hour, with benefits available after 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Prep and cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables using kitchen equipment.
• Portion products and follow recipes.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards; work clean.
• Perform calmly and effectively in high-volume settings.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation.

Responsibilities
