Flower Child in Meridian, Idaho is hiring a prep cook to join our busy kitchen. You will prep and cook items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other equipment in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 1+ year of high-volume restaurant experience, excellent communication, the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds, and an eye for detail. Weekend and some holiday availability is required; growth opportunities exist within our brand family.

• Excellent communication skills; able to stand long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Eye for detail and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Prep and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and more; follow recipes.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards; work calmly under pressure.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays; willing to fill in as needed.
