Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients through washing, chopping, portioning, and marinating.
• Make sauces, dressings, and other components per recipes.
• Follow prep lists and production schedules for service.
• Maintain consistent portions, quality, and presentation.
• Label, date, rotate, and store food using FIFO.
• Keep prep stations clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards.
• Communicate shortages or quality concerns to kitchen management.
• Reduce waste through proper prep and storage.
• Complete assigned prep within time frames while preserving quality.
• Support line cooks and assist with deliveries as needed.
