The Plainsboro, NJ location of Trio-Community Meals by Elior North America is seeking an experienced cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare meals with scratch cooking emphasis, ensure quality and portion control, and present dishes with care in a high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of culinary experience, strong food-handling knowledge, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume setting with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment and identify food items; customer service experience is required.
