• Obtains daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepares items per production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Completes daily production worksheets and waste logs and tastes meals for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation and reports; adheres to health and sanitation regulations.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short prep times.
• Serves customers efficiently at multiple stations.
• Uses approved recipes and portions to ensure quality and serving temperatures.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety.
• Resolves customer concerns and performs other duties as assigned.
