Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, cut and portion ingredients.
• Inspect ingredients from suppliers and maintain stock.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitize surfaces.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and storage.
• Assist with duties as assigned by supervisor.
