Responsibilities

• Preps meats, vegetables, and other hot food products and portions food prior to cooking.
• Supports the pit cook.
• Delivers prep in company vehicles to satellite locations.
• Washes tableware, pots, pans, cooking equipment and general dishes.
• Offers support in other kitchen areas as needed, such as the cookline.
• Performs final plating and garnishing of cooked items.
• Cleans kitchen equipment and maintains station sanitation and cleanliness.
• Follows management directions on tasks beyond this description.
