Job summary

Sifted, an on-site workplace dining partner, seeks a Prep Cook who is eager to learn and grow with the company. You will heat up the kitchen, work fast-paced, and respond to client needs during meal service.

We provide daily lunch and sponsor health, dental, and vision plans along with a 401(k) plan after six months. Responsibilities include setting up stations, following prep lists, measuring ingredients, and maintaining clean work areas.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen or prep experience preferred.
• ServSafe Food Handler certification required (company-paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and sanitizing workstations.
• Following daily prep lists.
• Measuring ingredients and seasonings, and preparing cooking ingredients.
• Maintaining clear communication with the executive chef and city manager at all times.
• Keeping station and work areas clean at all times.
• Taking ownership of tasks.
