Hai Hospitality is hiring a Prep Cook for Uchiba Miami - Brickell located in Brickell (900 S Miami Ave). The position offers an hourly wage of $19.50 to $23 plus benefits and opportunities for advancement. Orientation is slated for late October with a planned opening in mid-November 2026.

We value strong guest service, teamwork, and safety. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, handle a fast-paced environment, and work in hot/cold kitchen conditions.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Identify safety issues and follow safety guidelines.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stock inventory.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Able to work in hot and cold temperatures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, grills, knives).
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
