Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Identify safety issues and follow safety guidelines.
• Lift and move trays, stock inventory, and restock as needed.
• Stand, walk, and reach for extended periods.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, grills, knives).
• Maintain a neat, organized workspace and proper storage.

Responsibilities

• Support line cooks and kitchen staff during service.
• Assist with prep, plating, and timely dish delivery.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory in station.
