Hai Hospitality Group is seeking a Prep Cook for Uchiba Miami - Brickell in downtown Miami. The role offers a pay range of $19.50 to $23 per hour plus benefits and growth opportunities. The position is full-time, with orientation planned for late October and a mid-November 2026 opening; candidates should thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and demonstrate strong teamwork and safety practices. Qualifications

• Must communicate with guests and other employees.
• Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; lift and carry up to 50 lbs; stock inventory and restock as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and set up prep stations as required.
• Assist with stocking and organizing kitchen supplies.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and hygienic workspace.
• Assist cooks and chefs during service and food prep as needed.
