Gravity Haus in Breckenridge, CO seeks an entry-level Prep Cook to support our culinary team by preparing ingredients, maintaining station cleanliness, and ensuring kitchen readiness for service.

This role provides hands-on kitchen experience, with opportunities to learn from seasoned chefs, follow recipes, and contribute to a guest-focused dining program. Full-time teammates receive health insurance, a 401(k) match, and a membership with adventure perks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year kitchen experience
• Basic knife skills and knowledge of food handling
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain)

Responsabilités

• Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and chef instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations, coolers, and storage areas.
• Label, date, and properly store food items to maintain freshness and safety.
• Assist cooks and chefs during service by providing prepped ingredients and basic tasks.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
