Job summary

Ramsay’s Kitchen - Boston is seeking an experienced prep cook to join the back-of-house team. You will represent the Gordon Ramsay brand and uphold world-class hospitality standards while preparing ingredients for service.

Ideal candidates have a strong personality, safety and sanitation knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume kitchen. Prior kitchen experience is preferred, and you will be part of a dynamic culinary staff with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must represent Gordon Ramsay brand and hospitality standards.
• Ability to build rapport with regular customers.
• Safety and sanitation knowledge.
• Maintain current knowledge of menu items.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Prior experience in a kitchen or prep role.

Responsibilities

• Assist back-of-house team with food preparation and prep work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep area and station.
• Support chefs and cooks in timely meal service.
