The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is opening its doors soon, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate individuals to join our inaugural team. This is your chance to be part of a new restaurant dedicated to serving fresh, nutritious, and flavorful Mediterranean food that makes healthy eating enjoyable for everyone.

Located in The Promenade in Saucon Valley, The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill promises not only delicious healthy food but also a warm, inviting atmosphere where guests feel right at home. We are dedicated to using fresh ingredients to create memorable dishes that showcase our commitment to quality and service. As a member of The Great Greek Family, you’ll enjoy a fun, fast-paced work environment in one of the fastest growing franchises in the United States.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow prep list created by Kitchen Manager
2. Follow recipes by accurately measuring ingredients and following mixing methods
3. Prepare ingredients by washing and slicing vegetables and cutting meats
4. Undertake basic cooking duties such as sautéing vegetables and boiling soups
5. Label and stock all food products for proper rotation
6. Understanding of sanitation and cleanliness standards and procedures
7. Perform other related duties as requested

Qualifications:

1. Minimum age: 18 years
2. Good understanding of ingredients, recipes, kitchen safety and hygiene
3. Familiar with general kitchen equipment and appliances
4. Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
5. Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
6. Reliable transportation
7. Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs
