Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for full-time PREP COOK positions at Mayo Clinic in Eau Claire, WI. Schedule: 7:30 am–2:00 pm and 11:15 am–7:45 pm, rotating weekends.

You will prepare food from production sheets, follow recipes, and serve patients and staff with care while upholding HACCP guidelines and quality standards. Previous cooking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to follow production sheets and recipes.
• Attention to HACCP guidelines and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment per department procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates food items per policy.
• Takes and prepares orders from steam tables and grills for multiple stations.
• Ensures proper serving temperatures and portion control.
