Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time PREP COOK positions at Mayo Clinic, La Crosse, WI 54601. Schedule: 5:00 am to 8:00 pm, rotating weekends and holidays; online applications accepted only.

Pay range is $19.00 to $19.50 per hour. You will prepare food, follow recipes, and contribute to a quality dining program for patients and staff within a fast-paced health-system environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare food according to recipes and production sheets.
• Compliance with HACCP guidelines and sanitation rules.
• Punctual and reliable with ability to work early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers efficiently and with a friendly approach.
• Follows food safety and portion control standards.
