Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a part-time prep cook at Mayo Clinic in Sparta, WI. You will prepare food items, follow recipes, and serve customers while upholding quality and safety standards.

The schedule is 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and 11:00 am to 7:30 pm with rotating weekends. Prior cooking and patient experience are preferred, and a comprehensive benefits package is available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking and patient experience preferred.
• Part-time schedule may require rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to recipes and production sheets.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality.
• Completes required documentation and logs as required.
