Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in Durham, NC, is hiring for a full-time Prep Cook. Location: Fidelity Investments facility. Schedule varies between 6:00 am–3:30 pm or 8:30 am–5:00 pm; online applications accepted.

Prior line cook experience preferred; benefits include free meals and uniforms with laundering services at select locations. Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour. Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous line cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to follow established recipes and HACCP guidelines.
• Capable of preparing items from production schedules and production sheets.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following recipes and quantities.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after use.
• Stores and labels food items; adheres to HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and serves at multiple stations.
• Completes required documentation, logs and reports as needed.
