NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Prep Cook for Acton, MA. This full-time role reports to the Executive Chef and involves preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and catered events, with daily kitchen support and collaboration in meal prep.

The ideal candidate will assist with station setup, ensure food safety and proper temperatures, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen while delivering friendly service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and catered events.
• Assist Executive Chef with daily tasks and meal preparation.
• Monitor sanitation practices and food handling.
• Ensure proper storage and temperature control of foods.
• Assist with inventory and forecasting needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
