GRILL COOK

Location: Cleveland Browns – 76 Groza Boulevard, Berea, OH 44017. Online applications only.

Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Days and hours may vary; availability to work weekends and holidays is required. Further details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous cooking experience required.

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares short‑prep items.
• Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner while following established steps of service.
• Ensures food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty; tastes all prepared items.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores foods in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports information to supervisor.
• Attends in‑service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
• Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
