We are hiring immediately for full time PREP COOK positions.

Location: Verily Life Sciences - 279 East Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, CA 94080. Online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers according to standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedules and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
• Complete and review production worksheets and waste logs. Taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after use.
• Store, label, and date food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete documentation and reports as required.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
• Take customer orders and prepare quick-serve items.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Use approved recipes and standards for quality and safety.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
