  • Location: MLB Network - 40 Hartz Way Suite 10, Secaucus, NJ 07094. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Prior culinary experience preferred.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers per applicable standards and regulations.

Essential Duties:
  1. Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
  2. Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
  3. Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs. Taste meals for quality.
  4. Operate and clean equipment after use.
  5. Store, label, and date food items following HACCP guidelines.
  6. Complete documentation, reports, and logs as required.
  7. Follow health and sanitation regulations.
  8. Take customer orders and prepare quick items.
  9. Serve customers efficiently and friendly.
  10. Use approved recipes and standards for quality and safety.
  11. Resolve customer concerns.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
