• We have an opening for a full-time PREP COOK position.
• Location: Morgan Stanley - 2000 Westchester Avenue, Purchase, NY 10577. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm; some nights and weekends may be included. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous culinary and deli experience is preferred.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers according to standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
• Complete worksheets, taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after use.
• Store, label, and date food items, following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete documentation, reports, and logs.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
• Take customer orders and prepare quick items.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly.
• Use recipes and standards for quality and safety.
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
