Job summary

Noble Food and Pursuits is hiring a Prep Cook for our Ft Mill location. You will focus on daily kitchen prep and production to keep the restaurant ready for service, preparing ingredients from scratch and completing batch recipes with strong rotation and cleanliness standards.

Pay starts at $13 per hour, and with shared tips, team members typically earn $16 to $19 per hour. This prep-forward role offers growth opportunities within a growing company and opportunities to cross-train on the line.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prep fresh cut fries from scratch for daily service.
• Clean, portion, and prepare chicken to Bossy standards.
• Dice and prepare fresh produce for batch recipes and daily use.
• Complete recipes accurately and consistently for sauces, sides, and other items.
• Label, date, organize, and rotate product using FIFO practices.
• Keep prep areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.
• Set up and maintain proper mise en place to support a smooth service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties including cleaning and station reset.
• Learn line stations and support service as needed through cross training.
