Qualifications

• 2+ years of prep cook experience preferred.
• Strong knife skills and fast, accurate prep.
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to read and execute prep lists and recipes.
• Hospitality-minded with energetic, positive attitude.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work long hours.
• Follow FIFO, safety, and proper food storage practices.
• Maintain consistency and quality per recipes and company standards.
• Maintain kitchen schedules and prep lists as directed.
• Serve Safe Certification is preferred.
