This fast-paced kitchen offers flexible shifts, competitive pay of $18.75–$21.00 per hour, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation for full-time team members, and a 50% meal discount.

Qualifikationen

• Desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.
• Passion for cooking with freshness, quality, and cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous fast-paced kitchen experience preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Follow daily prep lists created by the Chef or kitchen leadership.
• Label, organize, and stock all cooking ingredients.
• Complete assigned prep tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Wash, chop, sort, and prepare fruits, vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
• Measure ingredients according to standardized recipes.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and nutrition standards.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate replenishment needs.
• Learn and apply Tatte's cooking methods and techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
• Assist chefs with food preparation and other kitchen tasks.
