Qualifications

• Passion for cooking and using fresh ingredients.

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients including chopping, slicing, and portioning.
• Follow recipes and prep lists to support daily service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and storage areas.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Assist line cooks and kitchen team as needed.
• Help receive and store deliveries properly.
