Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen and knife skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to production sheets and recipes.
• Goes through daily tasks with Chef and follows HACCP guidelines.
• Stores, labels and dates food items; keeps work area clean and equipment sanitized.
• Provides friendly service to customers and takes orders at stations.
