Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Prep Cook to support a fast-paced kitchen, ensure food safety, and assist line cooks with timely, organized prep. You will handle stocking, dating, and rotating products, while maintaining cleanliness and proper temperatures throughout shifts in a busy Domino's kitchen.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year restaurant experience, a Texas Food Handlers certificate, and strong time management.

Qualifications

• Food safety procedures must be followed consistently.
• Texas Certified Food Handlers certificate required.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Able to stand/walk 8–10 hours and lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all food safety guidelines are followed.
• Receiving truck deliveries and inspecting products for damage.
• Dating, rotating, and storing items on delivery day.
• Pulling daily prep data for a 48 hour window.
• Prepping products according to Domino's standards.
• Proofing dough for a 24 hour period, dating and re-cooling.
• Maintaining proper temperatures during prep.
• Checking temperatures of refrigeration units.
• Dating all products per Domino's dating standards.
• Prepping cooking PRPs including mats and pans.
• Maintaining sanitation of the prep area and related spaces.
• Restocking dipping cups and soda machines.
• Reporting safety hazards and maintenance needs.
