Job summary

Hell's Kitchen- MIA is seeking Prep Cooks to deliver Gordon Ramsay standards of remarkable dining experiences and hospitality. You will cook and prepare recipes according to prep lists provided by the chef and ensure quality and portion control.

Qualifications

• Prepare recipes according to prep lists provided by the chef.
• Maintain station setup, prep, stock, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (grill, fryer, broiler, oven).

Responsibilities

• Prepare batch recipes with proper portioning and quality control.
• Keep station organized and stocked; assist with setup and breakdown.
• Follow temperature guidelines and company recipes to ensure consistency.
