The role requires standing up to 8 hours, lifting up to 70 lbs, and proficiency with kitchen equipment including fryers, broilers, ovens, steamers, and slicers. English fluency is required and weekend availability is needed.

Responsibilities

• Cook, prepare, and present dishes according to precise recipes, portion sizes, and the chef's specifications.
• Ensure the highest quality standards in preparation, cooking times, correct doneness, texture, temperature, and presentation of each dish.
• Inspect the freshness of ingredients before use.
• Follow the preparation list and update it as needed.
• Communicate effectively with fellow cooks and chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
• Perform various kitchen tasks including sorting, grading, washing, peeling, cutting, mixing, cooking, freezing, and packaging food.
