Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation.
• Cut, portion, and organize ingredients per recipes.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; daily cleanup.
• Maintain production worksheets and inventory records as needed.
• Assist head chef and line cooks for smooth operations.
• Follow all safety and food safety procedures.
