Hai Hospitality, owner of Uchi Scottsdale, is hiring a Prep Cook to support a high-volume dinner service. You will prep ingredients, maintain a clean prep area, and contribute to a smooth kitchen operation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees.
• Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards.
• Stand and walk for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
