Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is hiring a Prep/Back of House team member in a fast-paced casual food environment. You will help prepare food, wash dishes, follow food-handling policies and keep the kitchen clean, while learning company standards and procedures.

Some kitchen experience is preferred, but we train eager candidates. Flexible schedules, full & part-time options, and perks like free meals during shifts and employee discounts are available.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Early Availability, usually 6:00 am start time

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to standard and recipe guidelines
• Wash dishes and maintain a tidy kitchen workstation
• Know proper handling of food and kitchen policies
• Follow operational procedures and assist team to keep operation running smoothly
